Only Water
I’m not actually sure of the reasons myself, but I keep getting the idea that I should only drink water. I tried this before of course, but it’s really hard to quit caffeine suddenly when your daily dose is as high as mine was. I used to drink Coca Cola almost exclusively. Now I have caffeine pills. Blog host switch.
I was self hosting my blog with wordpress, but I’m going to switch to tumblr. Tumblr seems to be integrated with everything I use automatically and permits me to run JavaScript in the theme source (allows adsense). It will take a few days to make the switch (no import functionality), but sure looks like a convenient service.
